Rooibos

Rooibos - Most commonly referred to as "Red Tea," rooibos is most noted for its pleasant taste and as an excellent source of antioxidants.  It is mildly calming to the nerves, and is sometimes given to children who have trouble sleeping.  It is useful to help enhance the immune system, and is an anti-histamine which is beneficial to those who suffer from allergies.  Studies also suggest that rooibos as a daily tea may even be helpful to those who have HIV/AIDS.  Our organically grown rooibos tea is available in 1 ounce packages.
