Cold weather is usually good incentive to bring the soups out. This one is primarily kale & sweet potato with a multitude of immune boosting herbs and spices, featuring maitake, basil, garlic, leek, turmeric, rosemary, marjoram, sage, and more, then topped with black rice.
Hot soups made from fresh vegetables and herbs/spices are generally great to help break down and move phlegm out, keep the body temp warm, strengthen immunity, and maintain healthy red blood cell levels.
